B&B Girasole - Matrimoniale con bagno esterno

The Double Room with external bathroom is located on the upper floor of B&B Girasole, for rent for short stays and vacations in Gallipoli, in a residential area.
The solution is part of a terraced house with free street parking and a shared small garden.
There is air conditioning, TV, mini fridge and mosquito nets. Pets allowed.
Breakfast is included and is offered in a restaurant located in the center of Gallipoli, at the foot of the castle.

The double room is a simple and cozy, essential solution, with an exclusive outdoor bathroom located next door.
It is located on the upper floor of the bed and breakfast, reached by stairs, and has a private small balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs.
Outside there is a small garden furnished with a sitting area where you can chat and relax outdoors.
Breakfast is rich and varied, both sweet and savory, and is offered every morning at the Made Polis restaurant on the ground floor of the Aragonese castle, at the entrance to Gallipoli`s historic center.

B&B Girasole is located in the most peripheral area of Gallipoli, a well-serviced residential area. Gallipoli is one of the most beautiful seaside and cultural tourism destinations in Salento.
It has a beautiful historic center that is spread out over an island, joined to the new town by a 17th-century bridge. The most authentic traditions, such as rituals, festivals and carnival, are still alive in the "City Beautiful," so you can enjoy evocative and engaging experiences.
Gallipoli`s most famous beaches are those of Baia Verde and Lido Pizzo, where there are also fashionable lidos. But long, soft and with crystal clear sea are also the beaches of Rivabella and Padula Bianca.
Gallipoli also has plenty of restaurants and trattorias, renowned boutiques, stores and services of all kinds.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 11pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). 
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bed and towels linen, each 4 days
- Tidying up of accommodation without change of bathroom and bed linen, for day.
- Breakfast included, served at the Made Polis restaurant, at the entrance to the historic center of Gallipoli, from 08:00 to 10:00.        
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bathroom, for exclusive use, is external and located next door.
