Cleaning Policy:



1. Our cleaning teams have received specialized training in cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes according to World Health Organization (WHO) standards. All areas of each property, including high-touch surfaces such as door handles, faucets, and switches, are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach-based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to ensure full disinfection benefits.



2. Cleaning time limits have been extended to accommodate the above procedures.



3. Access to our properties is via a key box, so there is no face-to-face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after each stay.



4. All our towels and bed linen are supplied by professionals and cleaned by Elis, an international textile, hygiene, and facility service company operating in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America.



5. All beds and pillows have protective covers.
