Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay, and can also make use of communal facilities.

The building is predominantly used to accommodate students, however our studios are located in a separate wing.

With a central location and excellent public transport connections nearby, exploring Sheffield and travelling further afield is straightforward.

• Cathedral tram stop is located just across the road from the building

• Several local bus routes operate nearby

• Sheffield Coach Station is approximately a 10 minute walk away

• Sheffield Train Station is approximately a 15 minute walk away

Please note: We manage a number of apartments in this building - The unit presented represents our typical studio, however this layout may differ slightly.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
