Los Olivos is a traditional Menorcan house spread over two floors and designed to offer tranquility and privacy. It features 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a half bath, a living dining room, and a kitchen, with air conditioning in every room. Outside, there is a pool, a covered porch, a barbecue area, and a lawn within a spacious private estate. It is located in S Ullastrar, just a few minutes drive from the beaches of Binibèquer and Binisafua and the town of Sant Lluís.

The villa offers Wi Fi, bed linens, and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided. The property is rented on an exclusive use basis, so guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor areas in complete privacy. The pool is for private use and is located in the garden. To keep the pool clean and the garden in good condition, the maintenance team visits weekly. These visits are brief, discreet, and take place only in the outdoor areas. The home has air conditioning in all rooms. There is a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, effective as of December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. Sant Lluís is less than a 5 minute drive away, where you can find bus connections to other parts of the island, such as Mahón, the airport, and various points of interest. If you prefer to use public transportation, there are bus routes connecting Sant Lluís with other towns and beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware and features a dining area with a large table and chairs. It also has a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, as well as direct access to the garden and the pool. On the first floor are two more double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom opens onto a terrace with views of the garden, the pool, and the natural surroundings. Outside, the property features various areas designed for outdoor enjoyment. Next to the entrance is a porch with armchairs and a coffee table.
