located in Musgrave, Berea, Durban—perfect for business travellers,
couples, or solo guests seeking comfort, convenience, and beautiful
city surroundings.
The heart of the apartment is its bright open-plan living area,
surrounded by large glass windows that showcase beautiful views of the
surrounding greenery and Durban cityscape, filling the space with
natural light. The comfortable lounge area includes a wall-mounted
flat-screen TV and internet access, ideal for relaxing or staying
connected.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for a comfortable
stay, including counter-side seating, a washing machine, and a tumble
dryer for added convenience. A dedicated dining table provides the
perfect space to enjoy meals at home.
The apartment features one spacious bedroom furnished with a
queen-sized bed, creating a peaceful and comfortable retreat. The
modern bathroom includes a shower, basin, and toilet, thoughtfully
designed for convenience and functionality. All linen and towels will
be provided with your stay.
Situated in the sought-after suburb of Musgrave, guests enjoy easy
access to shopping centres, restaurants, entertainment venues, and
major transport routes—making this an ideal base for both short and
extended stays.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 86 Peter Mokaba Ridge, Musgrave, Berea, 4001.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
