The house offers Wi Fi, bed linens, and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided. The property is rented on an exclusive use basis, so guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor areas in complete privacy. The pool is for private use and is located in the garden. To keep the pool clean and the garden in good condition, the maintenance team visits twice a week. These visits are brief, discreet, and take place only in the outdoor areas. The home is equipped with a washing machine, clothesline, iron, and ironing board, as well as heat pump powered heating and cooling in the living room and bedrooms.

In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, effective as of December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.

To get around the area, it is recommended that you have your own vehicle, whether a car or a motorcycle, as the property is located in a rural setting and there is no direct public transportation to the property. Sant Lluís is less than a 5 minute drive away, where you can find bus connections to other parts of the island, such as Mahón, the airport, and various points of interest. If you prefer to use public transportation, there are bus routes connecting Sant Lluís with other towns and beaches. The master bedroom suite is located on the upper floor, featuring a 180 cm double bed and access to a terrace overlooking the garden, the pool, and the surrounding countryside. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a bidet. The ground floor features three bedrooms: one with a 150 cm double bed and two others with two 90 cm single beds each. This floor also features two full bathrooms with showers, a living room with two sofas, a coffee table, and a 50 inch TV with streaming services, a separate dining room with a large table, and a kitchen equipped with appliances and cookware, as well as a small bar with stools. The home also features a washing machine, clothesline, iron, and ironing board. Additionally, it has heat pump powered heating and cooling in the living room and bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable temperature year round. Outside, the property offers several distinct areas. In front of the house, a covered porch leads to the garden with a 10x5 meter private pool, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, as well as a lawn area and a shaded chill out space with armchairs and a coffee table. Next to the main entrance, there is a second covered porch with a built in barbecue, a wood fired oven, and an outdoor seating area, designed for al fresco dining and gatherings. The property also features on site parking, with covered space for two vehicles and an outdoor area for several more.
