With a perfect location between forest and beach, you will find this architect-designed summer house, where the tranquility and beauty of nature are drawn into the home through the choice of colors, clean lines, and high-quality materials. The solid materials, such as pine floors, painted profile boards, and brass fittings, emphasize the authentic cottage atmosphere and create the perfect setting for your vacation. The furniture, which emphasizes the Nordic style, is a selection of exquisite flea market finds, including design classics. A key idea behind the interior design was to create a setting where you can be part of the community while also having the opportunity to retreat.

This is reflected primarily in the living room, which is divided into two sections. Adjacent to the living room is a two-level alcove that provides extra sleeping space, a place to play, or a quiet place to retreat—without losing the feeling of being part of the community. A well-equipped kitchen is also an integral part of the living room.



As shown in the floor plan, the house is divided into two separate sections. In one section, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Between the two sections is a utility room. In the other section, there is the "green room" with a double bed and the "blue room," where a bed can be converted into seating if desired.



All three bedrooms have space for a weekend bed for smaller children. All three bedrooms, as well as the living room, have direct access to the terrace.



The entrance hall offers plenty of space for coats, shoes, etc. and also has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and two induction hobs. This provides extra options if you are cooking for a large group.



If you have children, there are plenty of opportunities for them to play in the approximately 30 m² loft, which is mainly furnished as a play area. However, there is also a small alcove where you can retreat and sleep on a mattress if necessary.



The 100 m² terrace is furnished so you can enjoy both the morning sun and the evening atmosphere in the shelter of the house, and there is a large trampoline on the property for both children and adults to enjoy.



The house is only 250 meters from the coast, where you can walk along the beach, buy an ice cream at Gl. Løgten Strandkro, or swim at the nearby bathing jetty. Explore the surrounding beech forest with sea views, visit picturesque Ebeltoft, or discover the many hiking trails of Mols Bjerge. The area also offers good shopping opportunities in both Løgten and Rønde, as well as local specialties from Mols Røgeri and Småkageriet.
