Set on a quiet plot just outside the town, with wide views over the city and the sea, the house blends into its surroundings with clean lines, open volumes, and carefully chosen materials. Inside, you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms, a bathroom with views to the garden, and a bright living area that opens directly onto the terrace and pool. A small loft offers an extra sleeping area, ideal for a child.

Large doors connect the interior to the outdoors, creating a seamless flow between spaces. The home is designed to encourage rest — from morning yoga on the terrace to slow afternoons in the shade, reading, sketching or simply being still. Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire house, including:
– The two bedrooms
– Living room and kitchen
– Bathroom
– The attic sleeping loft (ideal for a child)
– All outdoor areas: terraces, garden, and private infinity-edge pool

The space is completely private and independent.
We live on the lower ground floor in a separate apartment and are available if you need anything — but your privacy is fully respected.

Other things to note
– The pool is not heated.
– The attic loft is best suited for a child or a light sleeper, as it has a low ceiling and is accessible via a ladder.
– The house is located in a peaceful area just outside Rethymno. While very close to town, we recommend having a car for convenience.
– Please note that we live on the lower floor of the building with our dog and cat. Your space is private, but this may not be ideal for guests who are uncomfortable around animals.
– Pets are allowed only upon request and with prior approval.
