The space
You enter the property through a private entrance, going up a flight of stairs to reach one of the 2 terraces equipped with a table and chairs for breakfast or an aperitif outside.
You enter the apartment and look out onto the dining room with a table and chairs, next to the living room with a new and comfortable sofa bed in front of the TV for relaxing evenings.
The kitchen, small but superbly equipped, is opposite the dining room and has everything you need to prepare anything from breakfasts to lunches and dinners.
A small hallway leads to the sleeping area. From here, you can access the bathroom, complete with a shower cubicle and a window, and the very spacious double bedroom with a huge wardrobe and a double French window that opens onto the second terrace.

The entire apartment is at guests' complete disposal.

Other things to note
Very close to the route of the famous historic cycling race on dirt roads, L'Eroica, the apartment Le Due Terrazze di Monica is located in a central spot for visiting the entire province of Siena, as well as the whole of Tuscany, as it is very close to the main thoroughfares that lead, in an hour or so, to Florence, Pisa, Grosseto, and Arezzo, just to mention the main cities.
