Welcome to a wonderful holiday home on beautiful Öland. Here, modern comfort meets charm in a wonderful house with a large, lush garden and inviting pool — the obvious place for summer relaxation and socializing. The completely newly built part of the house has a bright and open floor plan with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen where you gather around the kitchen island for wonderful meals and social moments. Adjacent is the living room with a comfortable sofa, TV and Apple TV. The house has five bedrooms: one with a double bed and four with a single bed (80cm) each, which provides plenty of space for both family and friends. The fresh bathroom and the practical laundry room with combined washer/dryer make your stay extra comfortable. Outside, a green oasis awaits with sun loungers, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The pool is nicely located on the property and invites you to take a refreshing dip on hot summer days. The pool is above ground with a ladder. The house is located next to the busy road 136, so you are not far from the bus stop to get to Borgholm or Kalmar. You are close to Färjestaden's large selection of restaurants and cafes as well as Öland's Zoo. There are plenty of nice swimming spots such as Saxnäs, Röhälla, Lökenäs and Färjestaden. It is also not far from Köpingsvik's beaches. There is a restaurant in Saxnäs and the popular Arontorps kroppkakor. Please note: rentals are only for guests over 25 years of age. Bring your own sheets and towels. Charging of electric cars is not allowed.
