Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for £20 per hour, subject to availability (latest departure 12:00 PM).



No Smoking Policy

All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest.

Any evidence of smoking will result in a £500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.



Respect the Space – No Parties

Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the caravan are not permitted.

Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.



Towels & Linen Care

We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Please do not take towels to the pool or outside areas.

Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item.



Travel Cot

A travel cot can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
