Just a short walk away, you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, beach clubs, and shops. A variety of dining options surrounds you — from upscale venues like La Sala, the OAK and Breathe to more casual favorites such as Mister Noodle, Burger Bar, and organic cafés. SuperCor supermarket, hairdressers, and beauty salons are all conveniently nearby.
Despite its central location, the villa offers a peaceful and private retreat. For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with a 24/7 security alarm system.
ENTERTAINMENT The villa is designed for both relaxation and fun. Enjoy high-speed 5G fiber optic internet, stream your favorite shows on Netflix, or play music through the Bluetooth speaker. Step outside to a fantastic outdoor space featuring a private pool, chill-out lounge with sofas, and a spacious terrace with BBQ overlooking the pool — ideal for long lunches and evening gatherings.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy a ping pong table by the pool, table football (foosball), and even a mini golf area, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, and celebrations.

LIVING & DINING SPACES A standout feature of the villa is its beautiful open-plan design, perfect for group living. A large dining area for up to 20 guests connects seamlessly with the fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge with comfortable sofas. These areas are fully open and flow naturally into one another, creating a bright and social environment. Just outside the dining area, the outdoor terrace with BBQ acts as a perfect extension of the indoor living space, allowing guests to move effortlessly between inside and outside. It’s an ideal setting for long lunches, sunset dinners, and relaxed evenings overlooking the pool.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for large groups, including cookware, crockery, utensils, and wine & champagne glasses. Coffee lovers will enjoy the Dolce Gusto machine.
SERVICES At Lirios Village Marbella (@liriosvillagemarbella), we offer a wide range of tailor-made services to make your stay effortless and memorable. We can arrange airport transfers, daily maid service, grocery shopping, welcome decorations, boat trips, and more. Our team provides in-person check-in and attentive support throughout your stay. Maid service is included in high-season direct bookings and can be added to any stay. We also offer airport transfers and private chef experiences.
MAID SERVICE Direct bookings @liriosvillagemarbella for July and August include one complimentary maid service.
The service can also be added to any booking for 145 EUR/day and includes a light cleaning of the kitchen, living areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Fresh linen and towels are available for an additional 130 EUR laundry fee.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS We are happy to arrange airport transfers for your group. We usually meet guests in the arrivals hall and take you directly to the villa, with the option for a short supermarket stop along the way.
Our fare is 19 EUR/person, with a minimum charge of 180 EUR per transfer.
PRIVATE CHEF We proudly offer the services of our professional private chef, who can prepare everything from relaxed BBQs to traditional Spanish lunches and elegant dinners in the comfort of your villa.
Full or half-board options are available. Visit @chefivanduranmiguel and @liriosvillagemarbella to see photos and sample menus. Experiences start from 50 EUR/person.
Even though this villa is completely private and independent, the proximity of other villas within Lirios Village Marbella allows us to accommodate large groups of up to 120 guests, ideal for events and celebrations.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY The villa comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests, with flexible sleeping arrangements available depending on your needs. Additional beds can be arranged in larger rooms — please consider privacy preferences when planning your stay. The villa has a 600L hot water system, suitable for large groups. We kindly recommend mindful use during peak times to ensure comfort for everyone. Extra guests re subject to additional nightly fee.
PARKING There is ample private parking available for up to 4 cars within the property, ensuring convenience and security for your group. Unlimited and free parking is available about 200 meters away from the villa. 1. Regular check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. Guests who remain past 10:00 AM without prior agreement will be charged €100 per hour. 2. Two sets of keys with remote controls will be provided and a 250 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure. 3. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit. 4. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINER ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents and insects. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance. 6. AC must be switched off when not in the villa. 7. While standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent, up to additional 500 EUR might be charged from the damage deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers. 8. The villa is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts. 9. The gardener must be granted access to the villa, usually between 8-10:00 in the morning. The gardener won’t ring the bell. 10. The villa is located in a residential area and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected and music must be kept low after 22:00. EVENTS AND PARTIES UNAPPROVED BY THE OWNERS ARE SUBJECT TO AN 1000 EUR FINE. 11. Pets are allowed only upon approval and subject to a 200 EUR pet fee. 12. It is essential to close all shutters, lock up the property and arm the alarm when not in the villa and during the night. Lirios Village Marbella does not take responsibility for any loss or theft.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Take out all garbage (also from the bedrooms, please) 2. Load the dishwasher and put it on 3. If staff is not present on departure, leave all keys by the entrance, activate the alarm and close the door shut.
