Große obere und untere Ebene Decks mit weiten Blick auf die Berge im Westen und Süden, Gaskamin und Gasgrill. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Ridge, neben Elkhorn Golf Course.

Freier Zugang und kurzer Fußweg zum SV Village Pool (Pool, Whirlpool, Sauna & Dampfbad) sowie Tennis- / Pickle-Ball-Plätze

Voll funktionsfähige Küche, neue Geräte, neue Waschmaschine / Trockner, kostenlose Parkplätze abseits der Straße und kurzer Fußweg zum Sun Valley Transit-System.

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Als Endeinheit erhalten Sie den ganzen Tag viel natürliches Sonnenlicht. Es gibt eine große Terrasse vom Wohnzimmer und zwei weitere von jedem Schlafzimmer.

WLAN ist eingerichtet und verfügbar.

Alexa-kompatible Sonos.

Es gibt einen 55-Zoll-Smart-TV im Wohnzimmer mit Kabel- und YouTube-TV. Internet-TV. Die Smart-TVs in den Schlafzimmern verfügen zudem über lokales Kabel. Sonos, Nintendo-Spielekonsole und viele Brettspiele.

Die zwei Hauptschlafzimmer gehen auf große Bodendecks hinaus und jedes hat ein angrenzendes Badezimmer für zusätzliche Privatsphäre und Bequemlichkeit. Das dritte Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer befinden sich auf der gleichen Etage. Alle haben ein eigenes WC und eine Badewanne / Dusche.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Geschirr, Gedecke, Schüsseln und verschiedene Handgeräte sind neu. Es gibt einige grundlegende Gewürze. Bringen Sie einfach Essen / Getränke und Sie sind bereit für einen schönen Urlaub.

Sie sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Dollar Mountain, etwa eine Meile von der Sun Valley Lodge, ein paar Meilen von Ketchum entfernt und das örtliche Bus-System fährt am Eingang zum Ridge ab, um Sie überall hin mitzunehmen, wohin Sie wollen.

Sie haben freien Zugang zum Village Pool, zu dem ein großer Pool, ein großer Whirlpool im Freien, eine Sauna, ein Dampfbad, Duschen, Tennisplätze, Pickel-Ballplätze und Golf gehören (Greenfees separat). Alles ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Wohnung entfernt.

Sie haben vollen Zugang zu allen Bereichen in der Wohnung, außer einem kleinen Schrank im ersten Master-Ankleidebereich, den wir absperren. Dies beinhaltet auch Zugang zu allen Annehmlichkeiten des Elkhorn Village Resort - Golf, Tennis, Pool.

Great location!

Found that the condo was perfectly suited for 3 couples and in a great location for all we were doing in the area. Very nice to find that cooking pots and pans were there as well as many spices and other items. We all agreed we would stay there again!

One of the best things I can provide comment on, as an owner, is how guest comes and goes without hardly being aware there were there. It was a pleasure working with Meredith and her guests. Most of all, we appreciate they all loved their visit to Sun Valley.

Ski Vacation

We booked this property because of the 5 star rating. It is a property that met our 5 star expectations. It's a handsome townhome, decorated and furnished with comfort in mind. It was perfect for 3 adult couples with the 3 bedroom/3 bath configuration. Just wish the snow gods had dropped a deeper snow pack on Baldy Mt. Very nice property!

Lovely home away from home

What a wonderful place! We stayed here with our 2 teen daughters and had everything we could have ever needed and more! Morning coffee on the deck was so peaceful. The hosts were helpful, easy to work with and were always very responsive. Such a beautiful and quiet setting. We very much enjoyed our stay here in Sun Valley/Ketchum and exploring the Sawtooth Wilderness. I would definitely recommend this gem of a condo!!

Beautiful condo, quiet and convenient location

Three of us, all retired women, loved our stay in this condo in July. It has a peaceful, quiet setting, and has all the amenities you could ask for. The three bedrooms and three baths were perfect for us. The kitchen was very well appointed, and the dining room and living room furniture were very comfortable. We really loved sitting on the decks enjoying the long summer days. Parking was very easy, and the location was convenient to all the Sun Valley sights. The owners were very easy to contact and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Sun Valley Ski Trip

The condo was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked. The host left detailed instruction regarding the televisions, parking, heating, etc. The location was an easy drive to the ski areas, into town and to and from the airport. The host replied promptly to any questions we had. Also gave us a recomendation of a senic drive to Staley.

We were so happy they had such a good time in Sun Valley, and they found our Condo comfortable and relaxing. They let us know about a minor issue with the new fireplace insert, which we have since been able to tune up. We appreciated their care for the condo and we would not hesitate to work with them again.

One of the best vacation rentals

We've staying in over 25 vacation rental properties in the US, Europe, New Zealand and Australia. By far the best equipped home with everything we could have ever needed for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend to anyone. Since we got 2 ft if snow, we also appreciated the ongoing snow plowing of the street and sidewalks, something we would not have gotten with a single family home. We loved having Karen, Joe and their friends stay in our condo. They enjoyed some great snow, a little more sunshine would have been nice as well, but most importantly, they were wonderful guests, left the condo in great shape and had a great time in Sun Valley. We do not rent often, but we would have no hesitation working with them again in the future.

Loved it!!!!

There was a bit of a snag with the check in process, but as soon as I was able to get in contact with Dan, he made it right. He was very kind and sincere in his apology. Our stay, there was absolutely wonderful! I have never been in a rental that was so well stocked, it has everything you could possibly need for pretty much any occasion. 5 stars all the way around, we hope to come again!

Well appointed cozy condo

We recently stayed at this fantastic condo in Ketchum and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The condo itself was impeccably appointed and wonderfully cozy, making it the perfect retreat after a day of adventure. The hosts were exceptionally communicative and helpful, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless. The check-in process was well thought out and very easy. The amenities were top-notch, including a refreshing pool (ask the hosts for passes) and several well-maintained golf courses. Sun Valley’s stunning hikes, breathtaking views, and exceptional dining options only added to the charm of the area. Amazing Condo and great view!

We had a wonderful stay. There were 5 in our group. My brother and his wife, my husband and me, and our 34 year old son. The place is great! There are two master bedrooms and the third bedroom is a queen. All bedrooms have their own bath. Trust me when I say that was the best part. The bedrooms are downstairs. The family room is great. Roomy with a fireplace and large TV. We watched movies every night after skiing all day. The location is close to everything. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will ever need. We only made breakfast at the condo. There are too many great restaurants to try. We will be back to this location.

Just what was needed

Perfect getaway In our home away from home. Dan was amazing and was very attentive and told us everything we needed to know. The house was perfect for our group and having the bus stop right outside the ridge was perfect for nights out! We even got to see the fire works from the balcony!! Can’t wait to come back

The Ridge/Elkhorn

This property is exceptional! Wonderful location and all the amenities you could possibly need. This property feels more like a home than a rental. Very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Debbie and her guests seemed to have a great time in Sun Valley, which is of primary importance to us. The fact they enjoyed the condo so much is of course great too. We loved working with Debbie and if you have the chance, you will enjoy having her as a guest as well. Just a great group and a delight to work with.

This end unit has lots of natural sunshine, mountain views and lots of deck space. It is very well appointed, tastefully decorated, very clean and light, wonderful views and very comfortable.

The condo is about 50 yards from the 8th fairway at Elkhorn golf course, with access to golf, tennis and swimming. Very spacious, excellent views and plenty of sunshine.

Neighboring Elkhorn Resort provides access to swimming pool, tennis courts and golf course.

Short walk to the Sun Valley bus system, which takes you anywhere you need to go. So a car is optional.

The gas fireplace and BBQ add lots of practical enjoyment and comfort. The unit is over 1500 sq ft, has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room and very comfortable living space.

Both 'master' bedrooms have a dedicated bathroom for added privacy and comfort. All Baths have tub/shower and toilet separated by a door.
