Located in the heart of the village of Argegno, just a short walk from the shore and the harbor, the apartment is ideally situated for exploring the lake thanks to its proximity to the boat landing and ferry service.



Located on the ground floor, the apartment opens into the living area, which features a sofa that converts into a single sofa bed, a dining table, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Continuing through the apartment, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower stall.
