A wall-mounted smart television with Netflix is the focal point of the main sitting area, and a stylish hallway mirror reflects the cosiness of the living room beyond. City-themed artwork, a coordinated gold and navy colour palette throughout, and considered finishing touches give the home a character that feels both fresh and grounded.

The paired yellow wingback armchairs are perfect for a quiet morning coffee, a casual catch-up, or simply taking a moment before heading out into the city. The Layout

The home is arranged across two floors and offers a generous, well-considered layout that works equally well for a group of colleagues attending an event as it does for a family on a London break.

On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen and dining area is the social heart of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, and all the cookware, utensils, dishes, silverware and wine glasses you could need. A marble breakfast bar with bar stools provides a relaxed spot for morning coffee or a casual meal, while French doors open directly onto the private courtyard patio, making it easy to move between cooking and relaxing outdoors. The marble dining table is set for four and is positioned beside the full-size smart fridge, creating a bright, open dining space with garden views beyond. The kitchen is stocked with complimentary tea, coffee and sugar, and a spice rack and cooking basics mean even those who enjoy cooking from scratch will feel well catered for. A washing machine is also available for longer stays or those who prefer to travel light.

The Royal Docks waterfront is just minutes away on foot and is home to ExCeL London, the Emirates Air Line cable car, and a growing collection of waterside bars and restaurants that make for a great evening out. London City Airport is also accessible on foot or by a short bus or DLR journey, making this an equally practical choice for international business travellers. Local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are all within easy walking distance of the property, so everything you need day-to-day is close at hand.

Custom House station, served by both the Elizabeth Line and the DLR, is just a three-minute walk away and provides fast, direct access across the entire city. Booking Policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.

For stays of 28 nights or more, competitive monthly rates are available with all bills included and regular professional housekeeping provided. Please get in touch with your dates for a tailored quote.


Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
