Welcome to Sea La Vie, a stunning two-bedroom beach side apartment
located in Gordan’s Bay, Cape Town. Known as the “Seaside Resort of the
Winelands,” Gordon's Bay boasts delightful sandy beaches, picturesque
marinas, and a unique blend of coastal and winelands experiences.
Upon entering, guests will be greeted by a well-designed open plan
living space with modern finishes and neutral tones throughout. The
kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities needed to cook up a
storm, including a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and
refrigerator, as well as crockery and cutlery. A washing machine and
tumble dryer are also available for your convenience. Alongside the
kitchen is a quaint dining table with chairs for up to four people. The
lounge provides the perfect spot to kick up your feet and enjoy some
down time while watching your favourite TV programs on the flat screen
TV with the large glass doors framing the most beautiful, picturesque
ocean views. Guests will have internet access throughout the apartment.
The main bedroom in this apartment features a queen size bed, a
dressing table with a chair and an en-suite bathroom including a
shower/bath combo, toilet and basin. Large glass doors in the main
bedroom allow for an abundance of natural light and fresh air to fill
the room while showing off the breathtaking ocean views. The second
bedroom offers a queen size bed, air conditioning and makes use of a
shared bathroom featuring a shower, toilet and basin. Fresh towels and
crisp linen are included with your stay.
On-site facilities include secure parking for one small vehicle, as
well as additional on-street parking. Ideally located, the apartment is
within walking distance of a majestic beach, with shops, restaurants,
and cafes all within a short distance from the property. Nearby
attractions include fishing, cycling, surfing, bird watching, wine
tasting, and swimming.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 71 Beach Rd, Gordons Bay Central, Cape Town, 7151.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
