The poolside veranda is equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining, while the panoramic terrace on the upper level completes the solarium with more fine loungers and macramé umbrellas.
The 85-square-meter Tecnogym gym allows guests to keep in shape even while on vacation, complemented by a beautiful billiard room.
The poolside veranda leads to the kitchen located in the basement, perfect for preparing meals to be eaten outdoors.

The house is developed on the mezzanine floor. The living area includes a large living room with a double sofa bed, dining room, modern eat-in kitchen, laundry room, and utility room.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, including 3 doubles and 1 triple with double bed + single sofa bed, and complemented by 3 shower rooms.
There are, in addition, 4 large balconies overlooking the jungle.
Completing the villa is the annex which houses 1 triple room with double bed + single sofa bed0, 1 shower room and the private terrace with direct access to the freshwater pool.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from April to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
