IMPORTANT: Please note that access to the property requires climbing stairs. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Although the studio is equipped for 3 adults and 1 child (bed + sofa bed), it is important to note that the space is limited and may feel small depending on the needs of each group.

We are GuestReady, a rental management company, and we want to ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, should you need any assistance during your stay. Please note that this is a private home, so we ask that you take care of it as if it were your own.

The apartments are located on Calle de Longares, in a very quiet residential area of San Blas–Canillejas, ideal for resting after a day of tourism, work or events in the city. The area combines the calm of a local neighborhood with excellent connections to Madrid's main attractions.

One of its great attractions is the proximity to Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium, located just a 10-minute walk away, making the accommodation a perfect option for those traveling for matches, concerts or major events.

A few minutes' walk away is the Las Rosas / Las Musas metro station, from where you can reach Madrid city center quickly and comfortably, easily visiting iconic areas such as Gran Vía, Sol, Retiro or the Salamanca neighborhood.

The location is also excellent for business trips, as it is very well connected to IFEMA and Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport, accessible in just a few minutes by car with very comfortable road connections. Additionally, quick access to the M-40 and A-2 facilitates both entering and leaving the city and getting away to discover nearby destinations.

For all these reasons, it is an ideal option for families, attendees of events and concerts at the Metropolitano, as well as business travelers seeking comfort, tranquility and excellent connections.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro station, Las Musas (line 7), is just a 4-minute walk away and connects perfectly with the city center and different points around the city.

Madrid Barajas airport is 9 minutes by car from the property.

Self check-in with smart lock. A smartphone with battery and internet connection is required; no physical keys are used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access link and instructions a few days before your check-in, once our arrival form has been completed.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linens during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces if the property has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the full right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public services will apply with a limit of €80.
