RestonDouro - Oporto | Studio, has a privileged location facing the Douro River, with incredible views, close to Porto's historic centre (10 minutes by car).

Perfect for two guests, cosy and functional. This studio offers all the amenities for a perfect stay: a very comfortable double bed, a complete bathroom with a shower base and the kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and coffee machine.



We put at your disposal: tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.

We provide towels and bed linen. It has free Wi-Fi access, TV and Air conditioning.



The available parking is public and free of charge.

Inserted in a typically riverside neighbourhood, where the houses date back to the late 18th century. In its surroundings, you will find buildings with history as well as cultural and leisure spaces. The river provides unique conditions for nautical sports and where we find excellent river beaches with a unique landscape setting. Local gastronomy is also a notable reference. The tourist office is located 50 metres from the house/apartment.



Access to Porto city centre within 15 minutes by car or public transport.



Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is located a 20-minute drive/Uber ride away.



Other things to take into account



- There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of €200.



- Please note that for stays exceeding 30 nights, a fair use policy for public services will be applied up to a limit of €80.



- We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy (shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag). Replacements or refills are available at an additional cost.



- Enhance your stay with additional services, such as extra keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.



- The facilities can only be used by guests registered in the booking



- The checkout time is at 11am, staying outside the scheduled time without prior notice and authorization from your host will result in an extra fee of 25€ for each late checkout hour.



- All guests must complete a registration form in accordance with local laws in Portugal. This form will be sent after confirmation of the booking.
