The Space:

Enjoy your stay in La Dolce Vickri, a bright ground-floor apartment with a charming private garden, perfect for families with children. In the garden, you can relax in the sun or enjoy breakfast or dinner together at the garden table.



The living area is fresh and open, with a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare your own meals, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living room with a spacious sofa and flat-screen TV. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the garden, creating a spacious and pleasant atmosphere.



The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a bunk bed. Both rooms are spacious, overlook the garden, and come with made beds upon arrival. The modern bathroom is equipped with two sinks and a large walk-in shower. Towels are included.



La Dolce Vickri is located in the Sailors Park domain, within short distance of the beach and the center of Nieuwpoort. During your stay, you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (May to September) and sun loungers. Wellness facilities and a laundry room are also available for an additional fee.



Upon arrival, you can park your car directly in the designated parking space in the underground garage.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
