Ideally situated in Cocody (Akouédo Ancien), our standalone house offers easy access to everything you need, in a peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting. A true home-away-from-home, just 5 minutes by car from Place Palmeraie (without traffic).
The space
Standalone house for 4 guests: 2 in the bedroom, 2 in the living room (extra sofas).

Spacious and bright living room, warm and inviting. The large yellow and teal corner sofa adds a modern touch and offers a comfortable spot to relax, watch TV, or simply unwind. Two single sofas can host 2 extra guests comfortably.

Workspace nook with lamp and chair — a real workspace for quiet remote work.

I chose Cocody, and more specifically the Akouédo Ancien neighborhood, for what it rarely offers all at once: the calm of a residential community combined with the convenience of being in the heart of a lively area.

It's a place where everything you need on a daily basis is within easy reach. Two pharmacies nearby, a clinic just minutes away, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. Whether you need medication, a last-minute errand, or simply to step out for a drink, you won't have to look far.

The neighborhood also benefits from a particularly secure environment, thanks to its strategic location between two military camps. This makes it one of the calmest and safest areas of Cocody, which is one of the reasons I wanted to offer accommodation here for my guests.

Finally, the apartment sits right by the main road, which makes access very easy: whether you arrive by taxi, ride-share, or your own car, you'll find it without difficulty. Place Palmeraie is just 5 minutes away by car (without traffic).
What I love about this area is that balance: a calm, residential setting where you can truly unwind, without ever feeling cut off from the city.

What sets this apartment apart is the attention to detail everywhere. It's not a place rented out on autopilot, designed to tick boxes. It's a home I designed for guests to feel genuinely good in, as if staying with someone who truly cares about their guests.

Three things, in particular, make the difference:

A home with real character. The large yellow and teal corner sofa in the living room, the calming sage-green bedroom, the handcrafted touches carefully chosen throughout every room has its own personality. Far from the generic, neutral decor you find in most rentals.

A private terrace that changes everything. Before even stepping inside the apartment, you walk through a covered terrace opening onto the patio. It's a calm in-between space perfect for a morning coffee, a quiet meal for two, or a quiet read in the shade. Very few apartments in Cocody offer this kind of space.

A real workspace. For business travelers, remote workers, or anyone needing a productive base, I set up a dedicated workspace with a lamp and comfortable chair. Combined with fiber wifi throughout the home (including the terrace), it's a proper working setup.

On top of that, there are the small details many hosts overlook: linens and towels provided, cleaning done before your arrival, a cleaning lady available on request during your stay, a water dispenser, 24/7 on-site security, and private parking right in front of the door.

Everything is designed so you don't have to worry about anything just enjoy Abidjan.
