Mini Vacation

All in all the condos are perfect and it's in a perfect spot. Would recommend to others. Its only a few minutes drive to the beach.

Get Away

Really liked the community with pools, Hot tubs, tiki bar & nightly entertainment. Beach & restaurants close by. We were on the first floor & our only complaint would be hearing every step/movement upstairs tenants made. Very disturbing especially when up till 1am hearing it. Luckily our first week it wasn't occupied & only had 3 days to deal with it. Other than that it was a great place!!

Would recommend!

Our family had a great time at this condo! Very cute and clean. The pool and bar/grill made it feel like a little resort. Each night the bar had a themed event such as live music, trivia, or karaoke. Things I wish knew before going: The coffee maker takes the basket style paper filters (you will need to bring your own). The fold out couch comes only with sheets (bring a blanket from home or have your kiddos bring their sleeping bags). Plan to order Lillian’s Pan Pizza at least twice, their regular crust pizzas are to die for. The public beach area in Perdido is minimal due to the high rises that own large sections of the coastline. Drive down the road… it’s worth a few bucks to support the local state and national park and their beaches are gorgeous!

Great stay for mid summer

I usually dont book Florida in the middle of summer because I know how busy and hot it is but we had an event that we needed to go to and decided to make a weekend out of it. Great place for the price. It was clean and well stocked. My only complaint would be that you can hear us walking and our neighbors above walking...and its quite loud. i know its the way they are built, but that was the only thing that was annoying. Also, it gets pretty hot when you run the dryer but I noticed that on a lot of the buildings, the vent where the dryer air goes out - most of them are closed! The pool was nice but there was a lot of debris. The beach is not in walking distance (if you have to carry stuff) but we opted for the gulf islands national seashore pass and it wasnt overly crowded and was perfect for ease of getting on the beach and off. and literally a minute away by car. would definitely opt to stay here again.

Cute little condo

The condo is great for a small family. It had the basics needed. Washer and dryer were great to have-it is smaller since stackable. Couch/pullout was broken and no one came to fix it but we managed.

Great get away!

We really enjoyed our stay at Perdido Key! The condo was perfect! The pool was awesome! And the beaches were nearby and had exceptional white sand! We had a awesome anniversary getaway!

Overall..a good experience

Pros: We loved the nightly live music, plenty of parking, quiet community, affordable, and pool was relaxing. Cons: Didn't care for the location, not walkable to the beach, smoking was allowed at pool, no view, could hear stomping above us, and our unit needed a few updates.

Great Community

Pros: We checked in on Saturday to Thursday. We loved the Tiki bar and pool area although the pool water was very cold. Property was in a circle with the pool in the middle so it's close by to every condo. The property is set up great to take morning or evening walks to get your steps in. Cons: Condo floor was only swept not mopped which left our feet black after just a minute without shoes. We had 4 people listed to stay and only had 3 pillows for 2 of our nights and no extra blankets. The kids were cold at night even though we didn't use the air at night. The property manager didn't return our call or email till Monday morning. They only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper for the 2 bathrooms. No extra trash bags or soap for dishes. Overall we'd stay there again. Our recommendation would be to bring extra towels for bathing, blankets and pillows, trash bags, dish soap and toilet paper. This condo is managed by a property company and not a private person so there was no attention to detail at all. Other condos we've stayed has had all of this and more.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property was great. It was an easy entry and exit to the highway. The pool and tiki bar were easily accessible to the condo. The main concern with the unit was the glass entry door and the glass bedroom door. Neither door had any type of covering (ie, blinds or curtains). While the front door was not much of a concern, I think the solid glass bedroom door needed some type of covering for privacy. There is a lot of renovations happening to the condos, which created some parking issues. I do believe that upon completion of these renovations, the place will be really great. All of that being said, on a whole, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again. My prior comments are just suggestions and observations.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was good, clean and nicely taken care of. Even though there was construction going on and limited parking space, it caused no problems for us. Everything was kept cleaned up and wasn’t a big mess like construction sites can be. We always were able to find a parking spot pretty close to our unit. Kids loved the pool! Drinks and food from the tiki bar was excellent!
