The property is conveniently located for both public transport and road travel. Seaham Railway Station is just a short drive or bus ride away, providing regular services to Durham, Sunderland, and Newcastle, making it easy for commuters and day-trippers alike.

Local buses run frequently throughout Seaham, connecting the town centre, nearby villages, and the coastline.

For guests travelling by car, the home has easy access to the A19, which links directly to Durham, Sunderland, and the wider region, making it an ideal base for work or exploring the North East. Free parking is available on-site, adding convenience for those with vehicles.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.
