The villa has been thoughtfully designed with attention to every detail, featuring four stylish bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom to ensure maximum comfort and privacy. One of the bedrooms is located in a separate guest house with independent access, making it ideal for friends, older children, or anyone seeking a bit of extra seclusion. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, allowing you to unwind in complete comfort after a day in the sun.

Please note that there is NO POOL.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If smoking outside, please use the provided ashtrays, as dry vegetation increases the risk of fire, especially in summer.

Toilets: Please do not flush toilet paper, tampons, nappies, or any other items. Use the waste bins provided.

Towels: Bathroom towels are for indoor use only. Please use them as intended.

Energy Conservation: Avoid overloading the power supply, as power cuts may occur in Paros during peak season due to limited infrastructure.

Water Usage: Tap water is safe for cooking and brushing teeth, but we do not recommend drinking it.

Marble Surfaces: Avoid contact with lemon, vinegar, or acidic substances, as they can cause immediate damage to marble surfaces.
