The apartment is accessible by water taxi, and only a few minutes walk from the Salute and the Accademia Bridge, while around 12/15 minutes to St. Mark’s Square and beyond



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Later check-ins are possible upon request and subject to an additional fee of €30.00 for arrivals by 10:00 PMor €50.00 by 11:00 PM. At check-in, guests are required to pay the tourist tax, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and to complete and sign a rental agreement including the details of a credit card in the guests’ name as a guarantee against damages.
