On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms, two of which are en suite with private bathrooms featuring showers. The remaining bedrooms are spacious and bright, sharing a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as an additional half-bath.

The first floor houses the home’s main living areas. The living room, featuring a smart TV and international channels, offers moments of relaxation and socializing. The dining room, with access to a balcony overlooking the pool, is perfect for group meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a pantry. This floor also features a suite with a balcony and street views, as well as an additional half-bath.
