During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which is designed for your total privacy and comfort. The layout includes two private bedrooms, a welcoming living and dining area, a functional kitchen, and a full bathroom. Whether you are here for business or leisure, you will have the whole space to yourself. We provide a convenient self-check-in process, allowing you to settle in at your own pace. All necessary details for your arrival will be sent to you before you reach the property.

Other Things to Note:

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.

To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £250 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £35 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
