Forest Edge is a renovated semi-detached chalet bungalow in Alderholt, a short drive from Fordingbridge. With four bedrooms, the property sleeps a maximum of seven people across two floors. The property benefits from off-road parking for two cars and a garden with patio and outside furniture.
The space: Upon entering the property, a spacious entrance hall leads to the family bathroom, kitchen, utility alongside bedrooms three and four. Stairs leading to the first floor provide access to the master and second bedroom. Kitchen/breakfast room A fully equipped modern kitchen boasts a rangemaster oven with 5 burner hob, fridge freezer, wine cooler, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. Living/dining room The living/dining room features a large window overlooking the rear garden. Two large sofas provide seating for guests with a Samsung smart TV and complimentary WiFi. The dining area benefits from a large wooden table ideal for entertaining, which seats ten. Double opening patio doors provide direct access to the rear garden. Utility Room Houses washing machine, gas boiler and rear door to garden. Family bathroom Located on the ground floor with bathtub, WC and sink. Bedroom 3 A cosy double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and storage, perfect for couples or solo travellers. Bedroom 4 Features a single bed, ideal for children or individual guests, with ample storage space.
Master Bedroom Located on the first floor, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, with en-suite bathroom which consists of a bathtub, hand wash basin and WC.

Outside Space The garden features a patio with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, plus a grassy area. There is parking to both the front and rear of the property.
Parking - Off-road parking for two cars Services – Duvets and linens provided (beach towels not included). Technology – Free WiFi available Kitchen – Dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Things to note: The fireplace is not for use by guests. Please note that the driveway is a shared entity between the property and the residential apartments located above the garage. Therefore, this should not be blocked at any time as the driveway is in constant use. Restrictions –No smoking at any time on property grounds. Maximum of one pet which is restricted to hard flooring and are not to be allowed upstairs or on furniture please. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 11pm-8am. Please bag and put all rubbish in the waste collection bins provided, and put out the night before collection, should your stay coincide with a collection day (you can find this information in the property welcome pack). The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled. - The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18 - Infants will be counted as a guest - Strictly no stag or hen parties - Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance) - If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning - Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay. - Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing a pet is subject to approval. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am. - Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
