The Cheviot Goat pub is located on site and is available to guests subject to seasonal opening hours. PLEASE NOTE: The on-site swimming pool and sauna facilities will be open for guest use from 1 April 2026. Use of the swimming pool and sauna is available for an additional charge and must be arranged directly with the owners prior to arrival. From 1 April 2026 pool access is charged at £42 per adult per week with shorter stays charged on a pro-rata basis. Children under the age of 14 are not charged for pool use The swimming pool is unsupervised and used at guests’ own risk Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and lone swimming is not permitted for anyone under 18 Full pool rules and access details will be provided after booking.

'The Gateway to The Cheviots', as it is affectionately known as by locals, is home to hotels and eateries, while being close to the The Cheviots, forming part of the Pennine Way. Wooler is a fantastic base from which to explore both Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. The Northumberland National Park is a short drive from Wooler, and also within easy reach is Alnwick, renowned for its castle, and Coldstream as you cross the Scottish border.
