There is a family bathroom. The rest of the bungalow contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for two cars and a decked balcony area with furniture, plus shared use of a large gravelled and lawned area. Swallows is only a short stroll to a beach and is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for a traditional seaside break. The Victorian seaside resort of Ventnor is situated at the southern end of the Isle of Wight. The town is sheltered by St. Boniface Down, one of the island's highest points, and it also offers sandy and shingle beaches, the Botanical Gardens, shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
