Marine Court First-floor Sleeps 3 is a first-floor, studio-style property with a double bed and sitting area with TV, a small sofa bed suitable for small children, and kettle, serviced by a shower room. You'll find a shop, pub, and lake in 0.4 miles, river in 0.5 miles, and beach in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is a communal garden with lawn, decked area, and furniture and Offroad parking for one car only, with unrestricted parking in the roads surrounding the centre. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Your stay at Marine Court First-floor Sleeps 3 is sure to be a memorable one. Note: There is a workshop and rehab wing. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Please note - it is a mandatory requirement that anyone staying in the flats must be able to independently use the stairs in the event of an evacuation or the lift not working. Note: The centre has an onsite laundry, swimming pool and fitness gym, all of which are available to guests during specified times. Please note: The pool is closed from 3:30 PM on Fridays until 9:00 AM on Mondays. For up-to-date availability, kindly check with Reception. Note: The gym is available to guests aged 18 and over. A minimum of two people is required —solo use is not permitted. Note: No facilities to charge electric cars on site. Note: Use of extension leads is not allowed



The Neighborhood:

The sandy east beach has indoor and outdoor attractions available for all ages, while the west beach, the opposite side of the river Arun, is untouched and protected, and offers secluded sand dunes and fantastic wildlife. In the town of Littlehampton there are an abundance of restaurants, pubs and shops to satisfy the needs of all tastes and ages, while the town's Look and Sea Centre, tracing the maritime history of Littlehampton, and boasting an 80 ft high viewing tower overlooking the harbour and beyond makes a great day out for all the family. Littlehampton is ideally located for visiting many places of interest along the south and west Sussex coastline, including historic dockyards, Roman villas and the renowned Weald and Downland Museum, as well as vineyards, public gardens and Goodwood with its motor sport and horse racing. With the delightful towns and cities of Chichester, Arundel and Brighton, Littlehampton is a great base on the Sussex coast.
