A Saxon village in Devon on the south coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that offers incredible panoramic views, historical and beautiful buildings and 7 miles of stunning coastline. Stokenham has been well-known for its fishing and farming and has recently become a very popular tourist destination for its beautiful beaches and charming buildings. It is a parish honing seven other settlements, Stokenham itself offers two good pubs including one thatched pub from the 14th century, as well as an ancient church and Manor House. The area of Devon is brimming with beautiful locations, some of the best within driving distance are Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Plymouth, all delightful destinations.
