Thank you for your candid feedback, Heather. Yes, this apartment does have a shared common area and we would have gladly made a phone call to the downstairs neighbors if we had know that they were monopolizing the space... Please note that we are open 7 days a week and also have an emergency number if you ever need us. Yes, although it is a little tight and the parking is shared, the parking spaces are assigned to each apartment. For laundry, we don't list washer and dryer as an amenity on the premises, but we do have .nearby laundromats which offer coiin operated service. Again, apologies if our stated information wasn't clear enough; we will try to make it clearer. We are happy you enjoyed the location and the apartment though and hope to work with you again in the future to find the perfect spot for your group.

Hi John, We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay... thanks for the "heads-up" on the drain. We will have a handyman go and take a look. Regarding the key pick-up and drop-off, we choose to meet you (and all our guests) in person to give you a welcome packet with emergency phone number and pertinent information on parking, WI-FI, trash pick-up days, and particulars of that home so your stay will be more enjoyable.
