The bedrooms consist of two ground-floor king-sizes and ground-floor twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a wrap-around, enclosed garden with lawn, patio, hot tub, and furniture, plus raised terrace with furniture, and ample off-road parking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 1.4 miles. An old and picturesque market town nestled among lush green countryside, just five miles from the North Cornish Coast. The resort attractions of Newquay includes bars, clubs, a zoo, vibrant shops, the National Surfing Centre and fabulous beaches are all just 7 miles away, while 9 miles in the other direction is the sleepy fishing port of Padstow. In between lies a beautiful section of the South West Coast path, winding its way over the clifftops, down to tranquil coves and across some of the region's top beaches. The surrounding area is also a visitor’s paradise with much to see and do. Stately homes, world-renowned gardens, adventure playgrounds and theme parks, model railways, fishing lakes and golf courses are all to be discovered within 10 miles.
