Cleaning Policy
1.Our cleaning teams have received specialized training in enhanced cleaning protocols. Before and after each villa rental, we follow improved cleaning procedures based on World Health Organization (WHO) standards. All areas of the property, including high-touch surfaces such as door handles, faucets and light switches, are first cleaned and then disinfected using bleach-based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left for at least 10 minutes to ensure full sanitizing effectiveness.
2.Cleaning timeframes have been extended to accommodate these procedures.
3.Our properties are accessed via a key lockbox, meaning there is no face-to-face contact during check-in. Keys are disinfected after each stay.
4.All towels and bed linens are supplied by professionals and cleaned by Elis, an international textile, hygiene and facility services provider operating in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America.
5.All beds and pillows are equipped with protective covers.
