The villa is well presented and has a large living area and four double bedrooms that can sleep up to eight people. The wide sandy beaches of Vera Playa are only a two minute stroll away, making this the ideal location for a family holiday.

The villa is set in a gated complex of similar villas. There is plenty of outside space for soaking up the sun, relaxing by the pool and enjoying your meals on a lovely paved terrace area. There is also a gated driveway with ample parking for two cars.

The interior of the villa is modern, spacious and air conditioned throughout. There are 4 large bedrooms – two double bedroom and two twin rooms. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV and WIFI throughout.

The villa has a large bathroom plus an additional separate shower room, so there s plenty of space for everyone to get ready for an evening out.

The villa has a large and very well equipped kitchen that comes fully fitted with a fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, oven hob, washing machine, toaster, iron dishwasher. There is also access from the kitchen to the pool terrace and BBQ area.

The outside area has plenty of space to lounge around the pool plus a lovely covered terrace to take cover from the hot Mediterranean sun.

The nearest village is Villaricos which is a beautiful Spanish harbour town. It has yet to be hit by mass tourism and is home to a wide range of Spanish restaurants and bars. This is the real Spain!

Close by is the historic Moorish town of Mojacar which is only a 10-15 minute drive away. Just before you reach Mojacar is the fishing town of Garrucha, where there are many great seafood restaurants.

Vera Mar 6 is a textile urbanisation on the edge of the naturist area. The closest textile beach is 10 minutes walk away.
