Step into a welcoming living area where large sliding glass doors invite sunshine and offer seamless access to the garden. Relax on the comfortable seating and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV with the help of high-speed WiFi. The minimalist decor complements the airy ambiance, making it a perfect spot to unwind.

Adjacent to the living space is a modern kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, and all necessary cooking utensils. Whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or a family feast, the kitchen's layout is designed for both convenience and enjoyment. A washer is available, ensuring you have all the comforts of home during your stay.

The bedrooms promise restful nights, featuring a queen bed in one and two single beds in the other. Each room is thoughtfully designed with mirrored wardrobes and large doors that lead directly to the garden, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sounds of nature. Notice that one of the bedrooms is only separated by a with a sheer curtain from the rest of the area, not properly separating the room.

The bathroom is lovely, equipped with a shower and a hairdryer for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property management company, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your stay. Just so you know, this is a personal home, so please treat it as if it were your own.

Located in the serene neighbourhood of Mindelo in Vila do Conde, this property offers proximity to charming beaches and local attractions. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while being just a short drive from vibrant markets and quaint cafes. Mindelo is known for its natural beauty and friendly locals, making it a perfect getaway spot.

Public transport is conveniently accessible. The Mindelo Metro station is 2km away, providing quick connections to Porto and other nearby destinations. Local buses also operate regularly, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
