Heart of the Old Town apt w/ stunning castle view

Zusammenfassung:

Our big roof top apartment (120 m2) has a beautiful terrace offering views of the castle. It is in the very city centre, right next to famous St Michael's tower yet in a quiet street on the pedestrian zone, away from the noise, giving you the atmosphere of the Old Town.



It is a very spacious and sunny 2-bedroom apt in a building which has been newly renovated. The flat is fully furnished with fully-equipped kitchen incl. coffee machine. It has an A/C and king-size beds in the bedrooms.



Der Raum:

Our spacious apartment is perfect for couples (the two bedrooms are separated from each other offering complete privacy), group of friends, family with kids or business travellers. You can use the large 180cm double bed in the first bedroom, large 160cm double bed in the second bedroom and the living room has an expandable sofa with smaller 125cm double bed. We can also offer an additional comfy air mattress and a travel crib for a child. The terrace is accessible from the bedroom and hall.



In the living room, there is a brand new ultra HD 4K TV with prepaid Netflix account so you can watch countless movies, series and documents.



The A/C is in the living room and kitchen and in both of the bedrooms.



The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove & oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, microvawe and dish washer.



The apartment is located on the top 4th floor and there is a new glass elevator in the building.



We care a lot about the enviroment so we separate all of the trash. Also, you dont need to buy water in plastic bottles as Slovakia is the country with one of best quality tap water in the world. Slovakia is the second country in Europe (after Austria) with the largest reserves of drinking water.



Gastzugang:

You will have access to the whole apartment without any restrictions. Please note that to get to the terrace and sleeping room, there are three steps to take from the living room.



Die Nachbarschaft:

Bastova is actually the narrowest street of Bratislava, very quiet but just few steps away from the main cafés, restaurants, pubs, sightseeing & nightlife parts of the Old Town. You will find two smaller supermarkets just 50m from the apartment and lots of cafes on the Bastova street, as well as an ayurvedic massage centre or library:)



Parking - the apartment is located in the heart of the Old Town on the pedestrian zone so you will not be able to arrive to the building by car. However, you can use some of the parking garages located very near to the apartment (the nearest is the garage Centrum on Ursulinska 6665) or try park on the streets nearby as Pilarikova, Zamocka, Kozia, Svoradova or around them.



Fortbewegung:

Just walk around the historical city centre or take one of the cute sightseeing buses. The nearest tram stop is just 100m or 1 min walk away. We will surely help with directions from the bus or train station or from the Bratislava or Vienna airport.



Andere zu beachtende Dinge:

We speak Slovak, Polish, German, Swedish, English and we have some experience with Spanish ;)



The apartment is spacious, sunny and has a lot of character. You will certainly enjoy staying here!
