Thanks to the fast highway connection, it is ideal for vacations, longer visits to Bratislava, and business stays. The downtown, accessible on foot, offers many shops, restaurants, and opportunities for relaxation.

The apartment consists of a main room, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony. All the furniture was custom-made for optimal use of the entire space. Built-in wardrobes provide a large amount of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances to enable the comfortable preparation of any meals as at home. The floor heating and ceiling cooling are controlled via a thermostat on the wall and this guarantees that the internal temperature will be ideal in all conditions.

Guests have access to a community roof on the top floor with a beautiful view of Bratislava and the Danube. Directly from the apartment is the entrance to a spacious private balcony for spending time in the fresh air. In addition, an underground parking space for one vehicle with an elevator directly to the apartment floor is available to guests. Communication with me is flexible, I am active all day and everywhere, either directly in the application or on the phone number provided.

After the reservation, I will require an ID card and information for the registration of accommodated guests. The bed is 145 cm wide. Some spaces and apartments in the building are in the finalization phase, but this should not limit the comfort of the apartment in any way (for example, sometimes only one of the two elevators can work).
