We love staying at this property. We have stayed here several times have never been disappointed. The owners take very good care of this home and are very responsive with communications. The house has everything we need and is very comfortable for a great vacation! The beach and pool are the highlight of the property - so n beautiful!!The housekeeper is a gem, everything is perfectly ready for us and she is very helpful if we need something. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Negril!

Wonderful property located within a gated community. There’s a small, very beautiful beach and a pool almost right next to the house — extremely convenient. It’s a very quiet and scenic place you won’t want to leave. You can take a picturesque path to another larger beach (where the Riu hotels are located) if you’d like a bit of variety. The home is very comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need and even more for a truly relaxing stay (beach towels, swimming gear, board games, etc.), and it’s spotlessly clean. Check-in and check-out are quick and easy. If we come back to Jamaica, we would definitely stay here again

One of the best private beach/snorkeling areas you're gonna find! We vacation to get away from the hustle and bustle snd this place delivers. It's an end unit with a nice large deck with steps down to a short walk to a private paradise. We enjoyed daily snorkeling in what feels like your own little cove then head back to the beach and pull your chair up under one of the perfectly places trees at the waters edge for an afternoon of pure paradise. Bonus at nightime w little light pollution you can sit on the deck and stargaze in a stunning view!

Again, a very enjoyable vacation home

This is our 2nd vacation here. Pick up your groceries in MoBay, plan to have Anna make a fish or chicken dinner (she'll pick up fresh fish for you). Sit back and enjoy the snorkeling & beach walks....wonderful.

10 days in paradise

This is second stay at the property and we will happily return again! The home is lovely and the location cannot be beat. Both Amanda and Anna are very helpful and make the stay easy and relaxing! It feels like coming home (to a beautiful beach front house) as soon as you arrive.

Perfect place!

This property was wonderful! It had everything we needed. Maria was very helpful in getting us settled in. We swam in the ocean and the pool. We had a rental car that we used for multiple excursions. It was always great to get back to our “home.”

Relaxing Jamaican vacay!

Our friends told us about Little Bay Country Club and how beautiful and serene the property was. There were so right!! Everything was perfect. The property was clean and spacious. We loved having coffee on the deck. A short walk to the bay beachfront and pool. The sunsets were unbelievable too! Definitely coming back.

A perfect paradise!

The property and everything about it is absolutely wonderful! Our family of three stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every moment. The property is exactly as advertised with many amenities to make the holiday comfortable and enjoyable. The house is right on the beach and in the most beautiful, safe community. Our hosts, both in Jamaica and in the US, were beyond friendly and helpful and the property owners where gracious when we experienced travel delays. We could not recommend this property more highly and cannot wait to return!

Little Bay Stay

Beautiful quiet location, wonderful accommodations. Could use some instructions ( getting hot water, turning on stove, etc.) and a tour of available facilities would have been nice. We never saw or heard from property manager which we found unusual. Overall we had a terrific time and would definitely recommend.

Property was amazing- just as described! Deck backed onto the beach with less than 2 minute walk to the swim area and amazing snorkeling. 7 min walk to Bloody Bay Beach. The house was great! Comfortable beds, and a kitchen stocked for cooking if you wish. Nice to be able to do laundry. We hired the driver that was recommended by the property owner and he was excellent! Highly recommend this place!!!

Family Spring Break

This house was exactly as pictured and right on the private beach. Very comfortable for a family of 4. There is a community pool right off the beach that is great as well. There is also a tennis court around the corner that doubles as a pickle ball court. They truly have everything you could need and then some. Anna and Linley came higly recommended and were wonderful. Always available for any questions even before we got down there. We will definitely be booking another trip here.The
