This one bedroom apartment has two single beds and a double sofa bed in the sitting room. Easily sleeps four people. This cosy apartment is located in the heart of Mojacar Playa with large communal swimming pool which is just below the apartment so you can see children in the pool from the balcony. Sun loungers are available from the storage box on the balcony.

In the living room there is a dining table and four chairs, and an armchair. There is WiFi and a TV with Spanish channels and a CD player. There are gorgeous sea views from the apartment s private balcony which can easily accommodate four people with four chairs and a table for al-fresco dining.

La Cueva de Lobo beach is just across the road, four minutes walk from the apartment. Literally one minute walk across the road is a bus stop. The apartment is five minutes walk from small supermarkets and shops, and one minute walking distance from several restaurants and bars.
There are several restaurants and bars in the complex itself.

The apartment has an air conditioning unit in the living room and a ceiling fan and stand-alone air conditioner in the bedroom.

There is a well equipped kitchen with microwave, four burner gas hob, electric oven and grill, kettle and toaster, and a large fridge with separate freezer compartment.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The apartment complex has its own private gated parking.
