Fabulous apartment. Air conditioning in all rooms. Pool and gardens very well maintained and presented. Apartment spotlessly clean and well equipped. Great patio area. Central location to bars, restaurants, bus routes. A fabulous stay in Mojacar Playa!

Great little apartment

Well situated, clean and spacious. For the price point this was very good I knocked one star because the walls are very thin and we were woken by the neighbour having a chat with himself every morning

Clean, tidy property. Comfy, large bed. Good facilities. Nice outside patio. BBQ. Lovely swimmimg pool and garden. Walk to centre of resort. Slight hill.

Stayed for a week in JuneGardens lovely, very lush plantingPool area nice, pool needs some attention, tiles missing No sun beds or parasols available, had to get shade under treesFound two very old shabby sun beds in the apartment, I think it would be useful to mention no sun beds in the booking information.In my opinion the apartment was a little old and tired, a bit shabby, had a musty smell.The patio doors are tricky to navigate, could do with replacing. The outdoor patio was small, it would have been nice to have outdoor cushions on the sofa, my husband sat on a folding camping chair we found in the apartment.It is a quiet area which was nice, but be aware the next door apartment has a permanent resident who is very odd, swearing loudly at his cats and walking around barking like a dog. The smell of cannabis was really strong. We weren’t very keen on the playa, too commercialised for us, restaurants not great, food below average.Wouldn’t visit Mojácar again.

Great apartment in a quiet location. Tidy ground floor apartment with a sunny terrace. Fully working kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. AC and fans in all main rooms.The pool and garden were beautiful and clean and no further than 20 steps from the apartment!We worked some during our stay and the WiFi was excellent.Our host was fantastic with clear communication for check in/out. They left a lovely welcome pack and some accessories to get us started (washing tablets, dishwasher tabs, shampoo etc)As regulars to the area, we found the location to be ideal for our daily activities. Parking was easily accessible and a 6 minute downhill walk to the playa.We loved it so much we've already booked our return!

Unforgettable!

We spent a wonderful month in a beautiful apartment in Mojácar, and it was simply fantastic! Communication with the lovely host Elizabeth was excellent—she was kind, helpful, and left some thoughtful treats for us upon arrival, which made us feel instantly welcome.The apartment is located in a peaceful area and had absolutely everything we needed—very well equipped and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a real bonus during the warm days. The pool is superb, clean, and just a few steps away. The only minor issue was that the bed in the master bedroom was a bit too soft for our taste, but since there was an extra bedroom, this wasn’t a problem for us at all.The beach is about 600 meters away, so quite manageable, but we were very happy to have brought our electric bikes for getting around easily, and the car came in handy for day trips and beach outings.Mojácar Playa is a wonderful place to enjoy great food, vibrant nightlife, and total relaxation.Some of our favorite tips: visit Mojácar Pueblo (charming!), the market in Garrucha, the beach at Ventanicas-El Chantal, a day trip to Carboneras (amazing beach), and don’t miss Vera and its surroundings.Jardines de Indalo is definitely a place we would love to return to. It was an unforgettable stay!

Estancia muy buena

El apartamento fenomenal, tenia de todo y muy bien cuidado,una zona muy tranquila para descansar, porque no hay ruidos. Elizabeth la propietaria muy amable en todo momento. Por poner un "pero " los colchones de las camas pequeñas se notan mucho los muelles y ya cuando llevas varios días durmiendo te molesta bastante.

Apartamento perfecto con todo lo necesario

Un apartamento perfecto para 4 personas. La ubicación genial, cerca de la playa y de los bares y restaurantes del paseo marítimo. Fácil de encontrar aparcamiento. La llegada al apartamento fue muy buena, gracias a las explicaciones de Elizabeth. Si volvemos por la zona no dudaríamos en repetir.

No todo es covid-19

De entrada en la habitación grande olor fuerte a humedad incluido el armario. Muchas medidas covid, pero el microondas en su interior oxido y suciedad, la campana extractora con gotas de grasa a punto de caer, sartenes, cazo y escurridor de plastico, te quedabas enganchados a ellos, telas de araña en las mesitas, un sofá que era un suplicio sentarse en él, quedaba perfectamente claro en los armarios de la cocina, la altura de la persona que realizó la limpieza. Eso si 50 Euros por dicha limpieza, cosa que no entiendo ya que debería estar incluido en el coste del alquiler. Para no volver.

Este comentario es totalmente mentira, la casa estaba totalmente limpia, de arriba a abajo, ademas de recién limpiado, no hay problemas de humedad. En ningún momento este inquilino se puso en contacto conmigo para quejarse de la limpieza o para comentarme algo cosa que si lo hubiese hecho hubiese tomado acción. Todos los demás comentarios de mis inquilinos reflejan lo limpio que es y cómo repetirían. Cuota de limpieza es totalmente normal, y se dice desde un principio. Por lo tanto este comentario es totalmente falso.

Little Gem

We have just returned from a short break at this lovely little apartment. It was well equipped and comfortable. The little patio at the back was an amazing sun trap and a perfect place to relax with a book and beer! Really hope we can go back next year for another break. Might have to check out when the Day Trippers are playing again!

Just right for quick getaway

Stayed for just 6 nights as i was looking at areas with a view to buy myself. Lovely apartment, double doors open to patio and then the pool. Weather was cool and cloudy, so didnt use the pool, but enjoyed sitting out on the patio late afternoon. Location is great, nice and quiet though only 500m from the beach front and all the bars / cafes. Elizabeth has put in a new modern bathroom (not yet shown in pictures), so that was pleasant to see, and i understand she is updating the kitchen as well. Wasnt busy when i was there, the week before Semana Santa, which was ideal for me, so i could get to know the area. Overall, a great few days away, simple and easy. Dean

The property was really spacious. It was very well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Lovely comfy bed.

We were greeted at the apartment by a lovely lady who showed us round. We loved the apartment and the outside space and the proximity to the pool.we would certainly be back again and have no hesitation recommending it to other people.
