This 2-bedroom apartment managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located between the most central and exclusive avenue of Lisbon – Avenida da Liberdade (Liberty Avenue) and Principe Real, the trendiest location for food, beverages and shopping. You are within walking distance from all the main places to visit in Lisbon such as Avenida da Liberdade, Rossio, Baixa, Chiado, Principe Real, Bairro Alto, the São Jorge Castle and the picturesque neighborhood called Alfama. It´s a perfect location to enjoy the traditional daily life and the nightlife of the city! Forget taxis... you can walk everywhere!



The 70-square-meter apartment is located in a very charming building dating from the beginning of the 19th century. The apartment features two bedrooms, two bathrooms plus one additional toilet, a living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi and a set of towels are also provided.

Room #1: 1 double top bed (sleeps 2)

Room #2: 1 double top bed + 1 single pull-out bed (sleeps 2+1)

Living Room: 1 double sofa-bed (sleeps 2)

Max Nº Beds: 4 (including 1 double sofa-bed)

Max Capacity: 7 people



Bedroom Preparations:

- Top beds are prepared first, followed by pull-out beds and sofa-bed.

- We will prepare separate beds for each guest until it reaches the maximum number of beds, after that we will consider 2 people in the double beds.

- You can see which pull-outs have been prepared as they will be slightly open and with the towel and pillow on top.



Important Information:

- This apartment is located in a sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.

- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).

- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.

- Portable heaters and fans are provided.

- Due to its central location in the tourist area, some outside noise should be expected.

- The apartment entrance is on the ground floor (door 0F), with a set of stairs leading down to the apartment.

- This apartment is currently undergoing renovations, so it may look slightly different from the photos. However, the overall layout and bed arrangements are expected to remain similar.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in: starting at 16:00

Check-out: until 11:00

- This apartment offers a convenient Self-Check-in process - once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions and procedures to get your Access Code and perform the Self-Check-in.

- On the day of your check-out, just ensure you exit the apartment until 11:00. Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines.

- It’s not possible to store luggage at the apartment after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)

- Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to withhold the access code until all required procedures are completed by the guests.

- In exceptional circumstances, an in-person check-in may be required, which, if conducted after 20:00, will incur a €30 late check-in fee. To avoid any last-minute complications, we strongly recommend completing all procedures in advance.



Extra Guests:

It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (20€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
