The Neighborhood:

Located a short distance from central Manchester, it's around a 20 minute walk or short bus ride to the city's main shops, restaurants and nightlife. Old Trafford is just a 20 minute walk from the property. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment. Ordsall Park is just 2 minutes from the property, perfect for a morning walk and some fresh air.



Getting Around:

Central Manchester can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot or a short bus ride away. Both Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria stations are a short taxi ride away. Old Trafford is just a 20 minute walk from the property.



Other Things to Note:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for up to 4 people.



There is a sofa bed for up to 2 guests in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking).



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
