The living room extends to a furnished private balcony, the perfect spot for a late breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset, always with the blue of the pool on the horizon.

•Kitchen: Fully equipped (with 4-disc electric hob, oven, combined fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, Crockery, cutlery, glasses for 4 people and kitchen utensils, ready to prepare everything from quick snacks to memorable dinners).

•Private Suite: Rest deeply in the double bed with a complete private bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. Direct access to the balcony with pool view.

•Extra Bathroom: Complete with shower over shower tray, toilet and washbasin.



Guaranteed Leisure: Dive into the condominium pool (available from April to October from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM), outdoor shower and shared sunbeds subject to availability. Privileged southwest sun exposure to ensure the best tan.

PROPERTY RULES

To ensure harmony and preservation of the space, we ask for your cooperation:

SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

REST HOURS: Respect silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

CAPACITY: Maximum of 4 guests (including children).

GROUP PROFILE: Groups under 25 years old are not admitted.

ANIMALS: Pets are not allowed.

EVENTS: Parties or events are not permitted.

FINAL CARE: We ask that you do not leave rubbish or unwashed dishes at check-out (avoiding extra cleaning fees).

Note: Non-compliance with the rules may result in termination of stay without refund.



IN-PERSON CHECK-IN

The SAPvillas team will accompany you through every step for a worry-free stay.

•ACCOMMODATION CHECK-IN: In-person key handover between 17:00 and 19:00.

oLate arrivals at additional cost (19h-23h: £30 After 23h: £50).

•CHECK-OUT: until 11:00

•LUGGAGE SERVICE: If you arrive early or leave later, you can store your bags in our office with total convenience.



SAFETY AND FORMALITIES:

•Payment of DAMAGE DEPOSIT (€200) via secure method, refundable up to 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.

•SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) Mandatory to provide identification of all foreign guests to the property manager

•TOURIST TAX charged to all guests aged 16 and over.
