The property has towels and bed linen for guests, tea, coffee, sugar, a small selection of nespresso pods, toilet roll,washing up liquid and free off road secure( padlocked gates) parking for one car with plenty of space outside the property and a free communal car park.

Number 43 is a three bedroom house situated in the centre of a neighbourhood with excellent links to the M56, M53 and M6.

Inside the property there are two double bedrooms and one room with bunk beds, each room has a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe with hangers. Every bedroom has a tv with an Amazon fire stick, portable fan and central heating. For every booking there will be a set of towels left for each guest, consisting of a hand towel, bath towel and bath sheet.
Number 43 has a full bathroom with sink, toilet, bath and shower. There is toilet roll provided, a bath mat and a shower mat.
Downstairs you will find a fully fitted modern kitchen with hob and oven,fridge freezer, microwave, cafetiere, nespresso coffee machine, iron, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls, side plates, glasses, mugs, egg cups and cutlery. There are tea towels, a clean dish cloth and washing up liquid, as well as other cleaning products. Within the kitchen drawers you will find baking utensils, cooking knives, pans, oven dishes, salt, pepper and spray oil.
The dining area comprises of a six setting dining table, patio doors leading to the rear garden and a welsh dresser where extra glasses are stored. Next to the welsh dresser you will find an ironing board and clothes maiden. The lounge features seating for six, a coffee table and a tv with Amazon fire stick. On the coffee table there is a manual for the property with information regarding WiFi passwords, instructions for operating the cooker and local information such as attractions and places to eat. Within the property there are two smoke detectors, a first aid kit and carbon monoxide alarm.
There is a travel cot with mattress and highchair available, free of charge, upon request.

The whole property is included in the listing including the front and rear garden.Guests will check themselves in using coded lock box, check in instructions will be sent to guests 48 hours before your arrival. Please note this is a no smoking property.
