The Space
This charming home features a functional two-story design. On the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, perfect for preparing family meals. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, and all the essential cookware you might need.
A set of stairs leads you to the second level, which serves as the heart of the home. Here, you will find a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dedicated workspace with a desk—perfect for those who need to catch up on emails. This floor also hosts the bathroom with a shower and the main bedroom, which features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and an additional single bed (90 x 200 cm).
Right by the apartment entrance, you have your own small terrace with a table and chairs, offering a lovely spot to sit back and relax in the fresh air.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00 which is official check in time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not yet ready, you are welcome to leave your luggage free of charge at our main reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14, while you explore the town or enjoy lunch at one of the nearby restaurants.

In order to receive your keylock code and detailed access information to your property, you are required to fill out our Pre check-in form. Please keep in mind that any outstanding balance needs to be paid prior to arrival, otherwise the keylock code won’t be sent to you automatically. Additionally, as part of Croatian regulations, we kindly ask you to fill out your passport details in Pre check-in form as we are required to register all guests in the Croatian Registry of Tourists called eVisitor.
