• A valid ID or passport number (or AFM number for local guests) is required for check-in

*Pet Policy:
Please note that pets are not permitted at any of our Athenean Experience properties.

*Baby Cot Policy:
For your family’s comfort, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

*Airport Transfer:
To make your arrival smooth and stress-free, our Athenean Experience Transfer Team will be happy to arrange your airport transfer — available upon request.

*Key policy:
Guests are provided with one pair of keys.
If keys are lost or forgotten, guests will be charged 30euros for the cost of a lock change.

If a guest leaves the key inside the lock from the inside and access cannot be gained using a spare key, a locksmith will need to be called. In such cases, the cost of the locksmith service will be the responsibility of the guest.
We kindly ask all guests to avoid leaving the key in the interior side of the lock to prevent this situation.
