The maisonette offers 2 very comfortable sleeping areas, 2 nice and stylish bathrooms, charming comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, clean dining area with blue plush chairs and a spacious balcony.
Refreshing sleep is guaranteed in both sleeping areas with the comfortable beds that will make you relax on them for hours. The first bedroom located on the main floor is right next to the stairs and next to the first full bathroom in which you will enjoy nice relaxing showers after an exciting day at Marina Flisvou. Enjoy a nap in the room, turning on the air conditioning on the hottest, unbearable days. The other sleeping area is on the second floor, where once you climb the stairs, you will end up in a lovely open space with a pleasant comfortable bed, air conditioning and a large closet to conveniently store your clothes. A little further on you will find the second bathroom which is just as majestically elegant as the first and absolutely comfortable to freshen up.
The open plan of the living room, kitchen and dining area on the main floor is a spacious retreat where you will cherish most of your time. Relax in the living room to watch exciting movies and series, or simply sit on the stylish sofa or chairs for a casual conversation about the day's highlights. The sofa in the living room also doubles as a bed, ensuring extra comfort and rest.

*Basic policy:
Guests have a pair of keys at their disposal.
If the keys are lost or forgotten, guests will be charged 30 euros for the cost of changing the lock.
If a visitor leaves the key inside the lock from the inside and cannot be accessed with a spare key, you will need to call a locksmith. In these cases, the cost of the locksmith service will be borne by the guest.
We kindly ask all guests to avoid leaving the key on the inside of the lock to prevent this situation.
*Parking:
There are 5 parking spaces available for the entire building, on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, free parking is available on our street.
*Please note that indoor cellular signal coverage is poor. For a better signal, try answering calls near a window. Alternatively, use Bluetooth headphones and leave your phone in a well-signaled spot, allowing you to move around freely.
