The flat is located in Psirri, a neighbourhood within the old centre of Athens. Psirri streets leads to beautiful squares with a lot's of coffee shops, bars, art spaces, traditional taverns and modern restaurants, to Monastiraki narrow streets with thousands of articles to buy and sell, to the Abyssinia square the homeland of the antique market , to full of monuments plaka and Thision at the Acropolis foothills. From this apartment you can access just by walking the most of the important to see places of Athens, including Acropolis, its famous new Museum ,Thision, Plaka ,Monastiraki Athens City Hall, the Greek Parliament and the Sintagma square.
Besides you can reach on foot 3 metro stations for more extended journeys.
Monastiraki metro station and the Thision electric railway station are both 5-6 minutes away, with direct link to the airport and to Piraeus port.

Athens is surrounded by a great number of beautiful beaches easily accessed by public transportation (buses, tram e.t.c.) like Kalamaki which is the nearest at 7km.

In our neighbourhood which is among the oldest in Athens and within the limits of Ancient Athens there are plenty of coffee shops, bars, taverns , restaurants, with friendly staff , open almost 24 hours where you can have a refreshment a snack or a dinner , and quite a lot of art galleries which are worthy to be visited.
You can make beautiful walks and see the most of Athens’s monuments.

You can visit on foot, Plaka, Thision Monastiraki, even Acropolis and its unique new Acropolis Museum.
The transportation to any place is very convenient by bus, trolley, or metro.

This building has being built in 1910's by a well known Athenian Architect as a family house and has been completely renovated a few years ago under my personal supervision .
During the renovation, which has been done by expert technicians, I have paid extra attention and respect to all of the buildings elements and details like wooden internal stairs, gypsum decorations, marble stairs, marble decorations, iron fences e.t.c. and we have kept everything in place after the reconstruction. You can reach us from the Eleftherios Venizelos airport by TAXI or METRO.
For your convenience and in order to assist you, we can organize private transportation, with one of our reliable drivers. We also cooperate with a number of carefully chosen Taxi and mini van drivers (taxi can carry up to 4 passengers), who can wait for you at the arrivals hall as long this will be needed and drive you directly to your apartment.
Our policy is our guests to be always able to ask us for assistance whenever they feel that they need it. Parking available upon request and arrangement and it costs 5 euros per 12 hours and 10 euros per day.
